Metaspace - 3D Sketchbook App End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Metaspace app ("the App") on iOS devices. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
1. License Grant:
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes on any iOS device that you own or control.
2. Subscription and Payment:
Metaspace offers various subscription options, including monthly, annual, one-time purchase, and free trial. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the selected plan as specified in the App Store. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of the purchase.
3. Free Trial:
If you choose to start a free trial, your trial period will be specified when subscribing. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings.
4. Automatic Renewal:
Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be specified.
5. User Responsibilities:
You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your drawings and for all activities that occur on your device.
6. Intellectual Property:
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the App without our express written consent.
7. Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this EULA.
8. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Changes to EULA:
We reserve the right to update and modify this EULA as needed. Any changes to the EULA will be reflected in the App, and it is your responsibility to review the EULA periodically for any updates.
